Wrong colors for gtk4 apps

I am on xfce 4.18 arch linux x64

On any app that uses gtk4 such as transmission-gtk for example you can see in the photo it uses gray colors instead of the blue color, or whatever color it is supposed to be depending on the variant. I am talking about the drop down menus and the check icon colors.
