Describe the bug
When applying this icon theme, icons of Progressive Web Apps (such as Claude, Reddit, etc) are replaced with Chrome icons.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install a progressive web app through Chromium
Apply the theme

Expected behavior
PWA icons falling back to their default icons if no icon is provided by the theme
