Describe the bug
Desktop indicator and fedora icons are overlapped on Gnome 45, Fedora 39 version when any fluent theme is used as shell theme.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open 'Tweak'
Go to 'Appearance'
Select any fluent theme for the shell
The desktop indicator and fedora icons are overlapped on left corner of the gnome topbar.

Expected behavior
Should not overlapped or can remove fedora icon.
