When receiving files to a computer through KDE connect, currently they are automatically saved in ~/Downloads with whatever filename they had on the sender device. If a file already exists in ~/Downloads then the user is prompted for a new filename, but not a new location.

Upon receiving a file I would like the option to enter a filename and location, similar to when you download files from a web browser.

I suspect some users might like the efficiency of automatically saving it to ~/Downloads without a prompt. So perhaps this should be toggled by a setting somewhere.
