You're trying to pull the VTT file from a different domain, which is throwing a cross-domain error:

XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://www.videojs.com/vtt/captions.vtt. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://y12.com.br' is therefore not allowed access.

If you host the VTT file on y12.com.br it should work without a problem.
