Bug in Segment Timeline segment generation

Description

The below source with Segment Timeline does not work correctly in VHS. Load in https://videojs.github.io/mpd-parser/ and you'll see that it generates too many segments and perhaps does other things improperly. This may be because the content has duration in the Period as well.

Steps to reproduce

1. Load the source in the mpd-parser demo
2. You'll see in the parsed output that each playlist has 90000 segments

Less than 50 segments in the playlists
