[Bug] Startup Camera and Record Camera not working in this version!

As title says, Both camera related options are broken or not working.

So this is working on android 13+ phones but does no support Android 12 or below it.

Seems like official scrcpy 3.0 has some problem detecting some cameras.
I am able to use my Android 12 front cam but not the Back camera.
scrcpy --list-cameras shows all the cameras but --camera-id = 0 does not work for me.

Maybe you need to report the problem to scrcpy

Just an update:
The bug might be solved in 3.0.1 version.
