When using remark-lint-blank-lines-1-0-2 in combination with remark-lint-no-consecutive-blank-lines, I still get the warning from the latter.

I would expect that remark-lint-blank-lines-1-0-2 can override remark-lint-no-consecutive-blank-lines before headings.

Output:

Remove 1 line before node
