We should deploy Redis and enable jobboard for octavia to avoid all the issues where things get stuck in PENDING_UPDATE

hey @mnaser why was the PR unmerged closed? Is there no longer any plan for jobboard?

@satrik we have moved development to review.vexxhost.dev and this is now a mirror, since we've pushed up a mirror it has removed all the branches that don't exist in our side so you can track it there. :)
