Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

My database specifications are as follows:
100+ spaces, 40 parts for each space
Total 4 TB data
3 Machines 3 copies

It takes 30-40 minutes for me to restart the nebula-storaged service on one of the machines.

I noticed that when NebulaStore is initialized, each space and each part is initialized in serial mode. Can it be changed to parallel mode?

RocksDb init in NebulaStore, Can it be changed to parallel mode?
