Describe the bug (required)
use query match (v:<tag>) return v limit <n>, <tag> is the recreated tag.
User operations:

1. Old tag has no index
2. Drop old tag
3. Create new tag with same name
4. Insert new data with new tag
5. Create index on new tag
6. Rebuild tag index
