[BUG]: Flutter doesn't work in any other path than itself

Describe the bug
I already tried to reinstall flutter and vfox and such, already checked out the shell path that I was configured (thought I have some preconfigured path) but its still not working, its not resourced back in $PATH only for flutter, anything else works.

but the catch is, if I cd to the .cache and in the flutter folder, i can switch the path but it resets once I go anywhere, is there anything wrong with the global usage? I can't run the --debug command :(

for some reason it resets the $PATH in home, I checked the .tool-versions it shows flutter version also

You can try it again after 0.3.0 released.
