fix: remove ToReplaceByVerdaccio #108 (#122)

* fix: remove ToReplaceByVerdaccio #108 it populates CSS url() props with ToReplaceByVerdaccio which cannot be replaced anyway, this PR remove that string. https://github.com/verdaccio/ui/issues/108 * chore: remove comment
