Discrepencies in databases between production and local #392

When starting locally, it seems some tables and functions in local database (via docker) do not exist in production (via Vercel GUI) default database. May I ask why there are some differences? Would there be any potential risk when pushing to production in the future?

Examples:
Fuction: handle_new_user
Tables: supabase_functions, net, _analytics, etc.
