Prefetch build time and serve run time + ISR with dynamic filters known a head of time

Hello i have table with 4 different filters and for each filter i need to fetch data, is it possible somehow to do it build time and run time when filters are changed just to show appropriate data.

If i can enable ISR even better!

I've tried to create /[filter] route and inside with generateStaticParams but it fails to build for somereason probably way to hacky lol.

But yeah if you have idea how to prefetch build time for each filter and run time show correct data based on selected filter + ISR if possible that would be the perfect scenario
