Describe the bug
Function names with two underscores show as italics.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Something like

def all_tags_raw(self):
    return tagpoints.allTagsAtomic

Expected behavior
Perhaps it should use backslashes to escape?

Thank you for the report. You are right, I should escape underscores.
