mosaic + vegabrite

Hello,

I recently learned about mosaic vgplot (https://uwdata.github.io/mosaic/vgplot/) and I'm searching for a way to use it from within R. Could vegabrite be such an option? If not, is there any other vega-related package that could do the trick?
