Environment re-name is not reflected in the extension

If you use the Open VectorCAST command to open an existing environment, and then during that session rename the environment, when VectorCAST is closed, the Test Explorer tree is not updated to reflect the new name, and all commands issued against the old name will fail.

Work-around: use the "Refresh Tests" icon to update the tree.
