IPS Peek Development Resumes

After quite while (due to various personal reasons), I discontinued all software development, including IPS Peek. Now, it finally looks like I can resume working on my projects. I have 3 that I plan on concentrating on for now: IPS Peek, a modern SBWin, and another commercial application.

First planed task for IPS Peek: refactor and migrate the code to use MVVM and ReactiveUI: https://www.reactiveui.net/ This should make it easier to swap out the UI later down the road (which I also plan on doing, eventually.)

After that's out of the way, I will resume development on new features.

I'm planning on getting back to work on everything soon; will keep you posted!
