Space Switching: Space Bottom Sheet Header Text

The bottom sheet currently has the header text that says "CHANGE SPACE".

We want this to reflect the hierarchy of spaces navigated (and persisted) to look like this

This issue depends on #6751 being completed first so we have the persisted backstack required for this enhancement

Aditionally the text should be limited to a single line and if too long, should be ellipsized on middle. These properties should already be done in #6499

We also want this text to be clickable, where the user can click on a space within the header text and navigate to that space
