Hey, just wanted to report a bug with the docs site.

Reproduction

• Go to: https://uniforms.tools/docs/tutorials-customizing-your-form-layout/
• Click Bootstrap3 or Bootstrap4 (both fail)
• (Observe error)

I just noticed that is also broken on the homepage (uniform.tools) where the user can click to preview bootstrap themes.
