Reserved instance pricing 3 yr upfront seems wrong on CVS Export #435

Hi,

Let's take m5.xlarge, the price for Linux Reserved correctly shows as: $0.073706 hourly

However when you do a CVS Export it incorrectly shows:

Linux Reserved cost

$0.123000 hourly

Looks like a bug to me.

Sorry - it's a known limitation with the current CSV export. See #274
