Option for default gain

Please make it possible to have a fixed setting for all videos!

YouTube videos are 90% of the time always with too low volume!
YouTube says it's the users fault, so they won't do anything about it.

Therefore we have to change the settings every time we open in a new video and I do that a lot when I watch a video I want to watch later.
It is very frustrating to have to change the volume again and again because a default setting is not possible!

Please make it a user choice to have a default setting.
