Indeed. I'm on 22631.3737, the patch no longer works.

The only message shown is

Unable to restore DWM.

The Author's other app, ExplorerPatcher, does work on my version, at least, you can still disable the rounded corners.

Unfortunately I feel that EP contains a bit too many options for my tastes, and does some weird stuff like automatically disabling grouping when you first run it, which is a feature I've come to rely since Win7.

I know this, but it's not the same, it cannot download the pdb file

Not sure what you're referring to by PDB file. It's a .bak as described in the linked issue.

I encountered this and to fix it I deleted uDWM_win11drc.bak in C:\windows\system32 and rerun the exe.

Alternatively, see #36 for a tool without this issue or missing shadows.
