[BUG] patch 0.9.9.10 bug with black marble

• OS: My OS is window 10 on my labtop,
• Valheim Game Version: 0.212.7 (mistland)
• V+ Mod Version: 0.9.9.10

Describe the bug

any construction made on black marble cannot be "constructed" as stability of black marble is showing red.

To Reproduce

Steps for the devs to reproduce the behavior:
I created a floor with black marble
I try to build a portal
The portal appear and next second the portal is destroyed. Upon looking for the stability it show as red, like when it's too high to construct something and instantly get destroy if we try

roll back on previous version of valheim + version: 9.9.9
