Delete key doesn't work

Steps to reproduce

1. Open platform design in Eclipse.
2. Select some element in Outline.
3. Press "Delete".

Actual behavior

Nothing happens.

Expected behavior

Element should be deleted.

IDE, Designer and OS version

Eclipse 2018-12 (4.10.0), Designer 4.2.0, Windows 10

Workaround

You can delete the element with "Edit" menu. Just invoke Edit->Delete.

Seems that other functions are not working as expected using windows.
For example:
When entering text for a button, I presume the return key should finish the property entry but it does not.
The symbol at the right hand side of a component in the outline supposed to create entry in the java file is not working except for first time.
