Improve Palette search

• When searching the Palette, hits from within categories and groups should cause them to automatically open.
• Categories and groups that were closed before the search should remain closed when the search field is cleared
• Focusing search should clear the Palette as shown in the designs. When search field is focused and the field is empty, the palette should be shown normally
• No need to show cogwheel.
