Blog extension ignores permissions of FoF User Bio #162

Only the admin can see the bio in the blog, even if it's configured for everyone. Neutral internet users and normal members can't see the bio.

Here is a test blog article for demonstation.

Permissions of FoF User Bio:

Bio in blog seen seen from a neutral internet user (fresh browser profile):

Bio on profile page seen from a neutral internet user (fresh browser profile):

Expected behavior would be to see the bio in the blog, like the admin do:
