Mobile version doesn't show Forum Nav

The mobile version of the blog shows an empty Forum Nav.

Here is my test forum.

This and #157 are duplicates of #152

This is not really a bug, well it's actually a different one, the forum nav block should be hidden from there, because the forum nav moves here in the Flarum core menu (that's why it's not shown)

It wouldn't make sense to show it in both places.
