Changing .env file feature #14 does not consider loading .env files in subprojects. It seems that the subproject-only variables feature makes breaking changes required.

Will move from ENV_FILE environment variable to gradle properties to support subproject only changes.

Released in 2.0.0, and I have created a simple migration guide for you to refer to.
