We are looking to begin processing a lot of LCMS data and wanted to use emzed2 but had way too many issues getting it to work robustly and dependency issues. When will emzed3 become available?

Hi, you can install it already but documentation is still lacking. Have a look at https://emzed.ethz.ch/get_started.html

It is already available at my employers public gitlab: https://sissource.ethz.ch/sispub/emzed
