Description
In kudos, after page refreshing search value is hidden automatically

How to reproduce
Step 1: Go to the admin panel and click on the kudos option and use all filters:

Step 2: Now page refresh after use filters here all search value will be hidden automatic:

image

Possible Solution
If we use filters and after refresh the page so search value should not be removed automatically in the fields
