When go to workflow here showing is Disabled ticket Type when choose option Set Type As in actions field
How to reproduce
Step 1: Go to admin panel here create ticket type disable means create type inactive
Step 2: Now go to workflow -> action: and choose here set type as now here showing dropdown of ticket type here showing disabled ticket type also
