When I make manually template from workflow and email templates so manually templates create new ticket when coll. reply from mail side
How to reproduce
Step 1: Go to admin -> email templates and here create new templates for collaborator added and collaborator reply with placeholder collaborator name and collaborator email id.
Step 2: Now go to workflow and create a workflow for collaborator added and reply
Step 3: Now added collaborator from customer and admin side
Step 4: Now chk coll. the id here showing our create template format for coll added.
Step 5: now reply from create a template coll. added
Step 6: Now use refresh command and after refresh the page from admin and cust panel so here are not showing mail reply in ticket thread
Step 7: chk ticket list here create new tickets.
