As the acquisition specialist of my organization, I need a UI to to manage my organization's leased licenses, including:

Checking out new licenses from the BloSSoM SAMS member
Returning my licenses to SAMS
Viewing a catalog of available license to check out
Viewing my current licenses and associated devices
