As defined in usnistgov/blossom-nist-member#2, a page needs to be created with the purpose of consuming the user management API to manage the mapping between user accounts and HLF identities.

The page needs to be able to:

  • Enroll new credentials for a user with no associated HLF credentials.
  • Change the NGAC attributes associated with a user's credentials
  • Unenroll/revoke credentials for a user
