The json schema is for an obsolete version of the CVR CDF. This is misleading to readers.

Suggested Change:
Create .json and .xsd schema definitions with the same prefix as the spec, e.g. NIST.SP.1500-103-rev.
Rename the file to NIST_Obsolete_V0_cast_vote_records.json, or move to an obsolete subdirectory.

The file you reference is the latest version of the JSON Schema. However, you are correct that the version number V0 is confusing. It should be V1.
