Missing setup.py file in COSMOSAC directory

I cannot find a setup.py file in the COSMOSAC main directory, which should be there according to the installation instructions under "From the git repository". The only setup.py file I can find is in externals/pybind11, which I have run as python setup.py install, but cCOSMO is still not installed (cannot be imported).

Am I missing something fundamental here??

The README is out of date. I should have fixed it when I migrated to the new build system. The docs are updated: 5037cb0
