Enhancement: Add timing mark grid coordinates as an optional type to OptionPosition

Several ballot designs have a grid defined by timing marks along the top and bottom of the ballot. On these ballots, the location of every voting area can be expressed as a coordinate pair in this grid. The OptionPosition type should have two optional attributes for the X and Y position in the timing mark grid.
