Add "useful links" to APIServer index

My only suggestion would be to maybe add a shortcut in APIServer as "/static/js/index.html" is a bit to remember.

This is a broadly useful feature, to have "useful server links/endpoints" defined per-server. Should be pretty quick/easy, just add a list of endpoints in a Driver class variable. Maybe a job for GenAI.
