Importing exported histories from UseGalaxy.no into other Galaxies fails

It is possible to export a history via a URL from UseGalaxy.no and download the file to your local computer. If the history has been shared, it should also be possible to import it directly into another Galaxy server by supplying the URL. However, this fails because clients that do not have a valid UseGalaxy.no session will be redirected to the login page. Accessing URLs exported from Galaxy Main and Europe works, so this is something that only affects our setup.
