CLI can help enhance user experience by reducing the number of steps that a user need to do to model and normalize their data.

This note tracks features that we wish to improve SAND's CLI:

Import a single table into a project, (optionally) launch the UI to model / fix the table. #3
Import multiple tables into a project, and optionally launch the UI for the new tables.
