[Enhancement] Add a tutor for evil-helix

It may be obvious already, but the built-in tutor will eventually need to be modified to reflect evil-helix's changes, so I thought opening this issue would be convenient for future discussions. Can it be replaced entirely with one from vim or neovim with some modifications if the licenses allow for it? As adding changes to Helix's tutor as new builds release sounds extremely tedious.
