[Wasm][VS2022] The application cannot be deployed when using net6.0 #7082

Current behavior

When using VS2022 Preview 4, a webassembly application cannot be started properly.

Expected behavior

The application can be started properly using IIS or the netcore host.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

Workaround

Downgrade to net5.0.

Works on UWP/WinUI
