White screen when enabling input control in input overlay configuration

Describe the bug
White screen when enabling input control in input overlay configuration

To Reproduce
Go to Tools, Input-overlay-configuration and enable input control, restart obs

Expected behavior
The capture window will show a white screen, no matter what source is selected.

Additional information:

• Plugin version: latest 5.0.6
• log is spammed with
  get_keyboard_layout_file [473]: RegOpenKeyEx failed to open key: "SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layouts\0"! refresh_locale_list [653]: Could not find keyboard map for locale 0000000004070809!
  Additional context
  Can not disable input control from tools - Input-overlay-configuration, obs will just stop responding.

To get it working again i had to edit global.ini (%appdata%\obs-studio\global.ini) and change control to false
(deleting and reinstalling plugin doesnt work, as it doesnt overwrite the input overlay setting in the global.ini on a reinstall of the plugin)
