Recent changes have broken using the tc-ui-toolkit-test app for interactive UI testing in tc-ui-toolkit. To address this make require fixing Environment setup steps in README.md or the Commands to get your development rolling steps in README.md.

Being able to use this interactive test environment can greatly reduce UI dev time.
