Available on longleaf, along with:

cuda: cuda/8.0, cuda/9.0, cuda/9.2, cuda/10.0, cuda/10.1, cuda/11.2, cuda/11.3, cuda/11.4, cuda/11.5, cuda/11.8, cuda/12.2

Update: current stable torch on PyPI uses cuda 11.7/11.8, so let's target that instead to be consistent.

As we continue to simplify the segmentation and registration methods to just depend on the torch interface, we theoretically should not be too dependent on a cuda versions.

I don't think we are dependent on CUDA versions.
