V8: Segment documentation

Hey,

I was wondering if there should be some documentation about segments for v8? (for example the a/b tests from umarketingsuite use this feature).

• What are segments?
• How to create your own segments
• etc.

Hey, well the thing is that you can only create segments by calling to a test api like described here: umbraco/Umbraco-CMS#7973. I feel like this should change first before making any documentation regarding this.

That's a very good point! Does seem like a somewhat complicated and very manual process implementing this feature at the moment.

I'll do some digging into what the plans are for the future for the segments feature!
