Syntax highlighting doesn't work for code examples

our.umbraco uses a .net framework package that has been abandoned, there's a newer one referenced on markdig readme which is planning .Net core support in the future, could use preprocessor to add to pipeline when running on windows but be nice to have x-plat support.

Could look into the JavaScript solutions.
