Tests directory contains broken symlinks

The test/scripts/data directory contains broken symlinks. These should be removed and if appropriate, a script should be provided to download test data.

The data in question is Neisseria_gonorrhoeae_NCCP11945.fasta which can be fetched from https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/data/view/CP001050&display=fasta and then 4 other files, R1.fastq.gz, R2.fastq.gz, reference.fa and target.vcf. These are listed as being at location /phengs/hpc_storage/software_test_launchpad/software_test_data/techdev/phoenix/end_to_end. If these are available they could be put somewhere where they could be downloaded as part of the testing procedure.
